Overview

Your safari will start from the hotel or the airport. You will drive off to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Expect impressive game drive plus boat trip on the Kazinga Channel. After exploring Queen, you will exit for Bwindi through the Isasha sector area for tree-climbing lions sighting. In Bwindi, you will enjoy the ultimate gorilla experience then transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation and sightseeing. Thereafter, you exit for Entebbe Airport.

Itenirary
Day 1: Arrive in Entebbe, pick up & transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Hopefully, your flight is scheduled for an early landing (not past noon) in Uganda. Your safari will start from Entebbe airport where you will be received by your Guide/driver who will brief you about your tour and then depart for Queen Elizabeth NP. Queen is understandably Uganda’s most popular tourist destination. The park’s diverse ecosystem makes it the ideal habitat for classic big games, ten primate species including chimpanzees and over 600 species of birds. You will stop for lunch en route then proceed into the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park: one of Uganda's most outstanding treasures. Time permitting; you may proceed for an evening game viewing after checking into your accommodation. Else, relax at your accommodation (awaiting next day’s activities.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive through Ishasha & Afternoon boat to Kazinga Channel
After early breakfast with picnic lunch you spent full day exploring this unique park which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You have the chance to visit Mara river the boarder of Masai Mara and the famous Serengeti park where there is concentration of many animals especially the time you will be traveling. All meals and overnight at the hotel/lodge/camp.

Day 3: Gorilla tracking & Batwa Cultural Experience
After your breakfast, along with your packed lunch, you will report to the park premises for registration by 8:00am and be briefed by Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guides. You will then start to trek through the bumpy bushes in search for the amazing Gorillas. There is as well a greater opportunity of seeing other species like the birds, monkeys, chimpanzees, beautiful butterflies among others. The trek could take 1-8 hours but depending on the luck of the day and once you come across these interesting creatures, it is a really an exciting experience watching them protest or playing with each other and it’s really a special moment being with these fabulous human-like primates. The time allowed to be with these gorillas in Uganda is 1 hour and every minute of the experience is worth the time you spent in search for them. As you retire from the forest, you could take an optional activity like visiting the pigmies or you can relax at the lodge.

Day 4: Drive back to Kampala
Today is the last day of your trip! After your breakfast, begin your journey back to Entebbe as you view beautiful sceneries along the way. You will have lunch enroute thereafter proceed and have another stop over at the equator for the water experience if you happen to have missed it on the 1st day of your trip. Proceed with the journey; your driver will drop you at your accommodation in Kampala or transfer back to airport.
